We offer a range of housing options with approved designs (1-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units & 3-bedroom units)

The price is determined by your choice of design, ranging from $19,000 to $50,000, with locations in Lake City, Gilstone, Lakewood & Gweru.

Getting started:
A 20% deposit is required to secure your unit (this can be split over 2 months). A non-refundable administration fee of $600 is payable upon joining.

How it works:

• You select your preferred house plan;
• You begin payments towards your chosen unit;
• Once you reach 50% of the total payment, you qualify for occupation (you can move in);
• Full ownership/title deeds are issued after 100% payment is completed.
